I know the headlight 'lid' has 2 nuts that if loosened will allow you to center the lid in the hood opening (left to right and perhaps up and down too). However one of my lids sits too LOW in the opening. Its not flush with with the rest of the hood. Is there any way for me to adjust this?

Look at the front of the opening where the lid sits down into the hood. There should be a small shoulder there with 2 rubber bump stops. The bump stops could be missing or as happens frequently, the shoulder cracks and may break away or collapse. Bump stops are available from The Fiero Store.

The doors themselves are only adjustable horizontally in the hood opening. If door sides are not hitting the hood then is likely adjusted ok. Is/was 2 rubber bumpers in the front of hood hole that might be missing and door(s) sit lower. replace the rubber to fix.
If door(s) or hood are damaged then door adjustment won't help. Likely need to find good replacements. Might be fixable but not a DIY project if you want the repair to last.
