Simple Hose Question (Page 1/1)
Fire hazard SEP 10, 10:50 PM
Hello everyone I just installed a new engine in my 87 fiero and I’m having a brain fart. I just got the the car running and for the life of me cannot remember where the rubber hose that comes out of the plenum run to. Below is a link of a picture with the hose I’m talking about. Thank you!

Isn't that the hose that goes from the underside of the intake plenum to the PCV valve? [EDIT] Wrong!

Connects to a tube that runs under the upper plenum and exits toward the passenger firewall.
There it connects to another hose on the firewall. It's vacuum to your Power Brake Booster.

I’m sorry I’m down at school and the only photo of my engine that I could find on my phone was a screenshot from the video of when I first got it running. I guess I was shaking from excitement lol. But thank you FieroSound for the help!

It looks like your intake manifold is missing the hose fitting for it.
Can't tell if your MAP sensor is connected properly either.

I'll be home Friday and I'll check the Map sensor then. I'll also grab some better photos for you all just in case you guys see something else hooked up wrong. I am by no means a mechanic so you guys won't insult me if you see something I have hooked up wrong!
