Someone wired in heated o2. Two extra wires are + & - to heat it.

So the connector on your harness has been modified? It has three wires as well?

I agree with you Patrick he is asking for help. You ask him some information and he do not answer and ask other things [This message has been edited by claude dalpe (edited 08-19-2019).]

Yes, it's difficult to help when relevant questions appear to be ignored.

If you're describing the connector on the wiring harness, then no, you won't be able to install the original style single wire O2 sensor... not without modifying the harness connector back to the way it came from the factory.[This message has been edited by Patrick (edited 08-20-2019).]

A quick search for "GM 3 wire O2 sensor" turned up this: https://www.amazon.com/ACDe...Heated/dp/B000C9VTRC
Now you have a part number. Any auto parts store should be able to look it up.
On a side note: The heated O2 sensor is better than the stock 1-wire sensor, because it warms up faster. So the ECM can get into closed-loop mode faster. Also, it won't cool off and kick the ECM back into open-loop mode while you're sitting at a stoplight.
