Could anyone point me towards a guide on how to remove the front fenders in a 1985 GT? I have been able to get out the screws along the top except for the front most one which is obstructed by the hood.

The thread you posted does not address the screw I am stuck on, or if I need to remove the hood. Thanks for the thought however.

You should be able to stand the hood up and get the front 7mm bolt.
The bolt is vertical, isn't it?
