ANYONE GOT A PICTURE OF A ARCHIE V8 CHEVIE ADAPTER PLATE ? found 2 plates, but I don't think they look right. Thanks

Just looked at Archie's site. Show pictures of the adapter in his different kits offered. If that doesn't work, I can take some pictures of a spare that I have. LMK

If you're talking about the two that popped on the v8 fieros group on facebook, those are both zumwalt/street dreams style plates. They aren't Archie's.

The zumalt kit is based on a 1980 280ZX 120 tooth nissan ring gear and nissan starter. Street dreams might still sell them:

Or a good fab shop can turn down the sbc flex plate and weld the nissan ring gear to it like this:

but isn't an "Adapter" needed to bolt the nissan flex plate to the chevy SB Crank ?? they don't show one.

Zumalt kit uses a custom flywheel or flex plate, they are not stock parts. The custom part is the stock 120 tooth Nissan ring gear being mated to a flywheel/flex plate with the SBC crankshaft pattern...it is a custom part.

The zumalt adapter is too thin for a crankshaft spacer to use a factory flex plate.
