coolant leak near right front tire under the jack area under the car (Page 1/2)

Took the car for a drive today and it started leaking coolant near the right front wheel well out of a small hose. Noticed some fog on the windshield above the defroster. I think the passenger side carpet is wet, but not under the carpet. Is this a bad heater core? Or is there something else? I have a picture but cannot figure out how to add it to the post. Its a small hose that stops once it comes out under the car near the the jack area. Any help would be appreciated. I will post a picture once I get PIP installed.

99.99% heater core leak.

Yup wet floor is heater core bad.
Leaking Coolant outside of car too? Heater core maybe leaking thru AC drain too or has another leak.

note: PIP often need to "Run as Admin" because Windows UAC block PIP working right w/o warning. Right Click the Icon.

After you upload an image, it's temporarily held on your Windows clipboard. Simply "paste" it into your post.

If you cant tell, I am new to the forum. I just bought a 1986 gt with 34k original miles from a little old man who kept it in the garage for years, so it hasnt been driven much in awhile. I had one back in the early 90's that was totaled and wanted another ever since. Just bought it on Tuesday and it sprung a leak today. I am trying to add the image now, hopefully this works.

coolant was coming out of this tube in a stream. Could it have just backed up enough to come out this drain line if this is in fact the ac drain? Previous owner said the ac worked when he parked it two months ago. compressor is'nt seized up, Hopefully I can get my ac buddy to fill it with r12. Trying to do this on the cheap so I don't get in trouble with the wifey. I figured I would by the ac o-ring kit for the car and then run a vacuum and refill. Any suggestions? Thanks for all of your help.

R12 is not cheap since it is now very difficult to get in the US and you require a special license just to order it from one of the few remaining sources. If you have the system open, you might want to consider converting to R134a. It does an adequate job of cooling the Fiero cabin and is much less expensive than R12.
