‘88 GT no A/C wanna install sub box question (Page 1/1)

Hi guys. Little obscure but here it is .. so, I have an ‘88 GT and it’s one of the 200-something that came factory no A/C. It is the only Fiero I have ever seen that way. I am adding the sub option and the sub box has two mounting points. The one that bolts to the heater core housing has nothing to bolt to since the housing is different and even the flasher/ hazard chime thingy are in a different spot. What did the factory do in that situation?? Honestly I could easily come up with a clever little bracket on my own . Just more curious than anything else. -BTW. This car has literally no options but yet it has lumbar seat. It’s got power windows and Getrag but my understanding is that is standard equipment on GT’s. It’s the most odd Fiero I have owned to date.
