12V on the left clip for the radio/cruise fuse
Check of right clip for the fuse to ground shows 7.5 ohms resistance increasing to 50 ohms when the brake pedal is depressed.
With the brake switch disconnected, the reading remains at 7.5 ohms when the brake pedal is depressed.
Turning on the ignition increases the resistance to 45 ohms then drops to 24 ohms.
Turning on only the parking lights increases the resistance to 45 ohms.
What might be the cause of the 7.5 ohm ground?

And the cause was . . .
Steering column was lowered to adjust the position of the ignition switch. When bolted back up, some wires were pinched between the column support bracket and the frame to which it bolts to.

Glad you found it. Electrical gremlins are a pain to track down at times.
