My manifolds are cracked in two places and the flange going to the Y pipe is broken, so does anyone make a complete set of headers w/ Y pipe besides west coast fiero?
I have a bunch of negative comments about them, but what I need is to get a set quickly as I have several exhaust leaks.

headers are repairable (by someone who knows how to weld) and used parts are still available in the Mall.

Rodney Dickman makes a welding jig you can use to hold the exhaust manifold together for welding. Make sure the welder is rated for stainless steel. And you will need to re-plane the face plate before bolting it back onto the engine. I've done it many times. You will want to port the manifold of all flashing to prevent the cracking from happening again. It improved performance as well, adding about 7-9 hp.

The flange is broken and I do not have the piece, po used a C clamp to hold it together and I am looking for headers and not the original exhaust manifolds right now.

So is West Coast Fiero the only company making headers for Fiero's?

Yes but they are pricey. For another choice, ZZ performance makes a powerlog manifold that is non-restrictve. Occasionally you will see 3800 headers on eBay for the Grand Prix. They can be made to fit but require a cut out trunk.------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. Why do you need to fix this quickly? Getting custom headers is not a fast project... I can easily imagine two weeks with a good exhaust shop, involving pulling the engine.
Your requirement to not use stock manifolds is contradictory with the goal of fixing the leaks fast.
Do you rely on this Fiero as a daily driver?

Dennis, OP is asking about 2.8 exhaust, not 3800 exhaust.

If you can set your sights below "professional grade", you could just buy a MIG welder (with gas), and dive right in. You should be able to make functional parts in not too long.

pmbrunelle, the leak is driving me crazy, hence fast. As in I want to order asap and headers will be used in the next step of my upgrades. Also, the flange where the manifold attaches to the Y pipe is broken off on one side and is gone, so no repairing the stock manifold. [This message has been edited by randy86 (edited 06-26-2019).]
