1986 3800 Swap. every time I fill the cooling system from the modified fiero thermostat housing, the coolant goes PAST he stant "radiator cap "and into the expansion tank, then overflows the tank, Engine never started ! keeps going down in the filler neck and out the cap of the expansion tank. Why is it going PAST the Radiator Cap ??? should hold 13PSI without going past, right ?
