Probably comes with Tunerpro. Tunerpro is Free to all. Tunerpro RT has a "donation" request, should you like the software enough to donate after using it. The cable you posted is being sold by Reddevilriver, which is the site I posted above. Might get a better price buying direct ($55)- it saves the seller the ebay fees??
