Have you tried applying power to individual injectors to see if they "click"? A google search will reveal ways of doing this. (I think I recall reading of how to tap them a bit to loosen up a stuck injector.) You might also do a resistance test of each injector.

Yeah, we applied 9V power and sprayed various cleaners through them. They all showed resistance (14 ohms maybe?), and 4 of them would click, but only two would spray - even after repeated cleanings, knocking on them, using a 12V car battery on them, etc. Time for some new injectors! The plenum gasket looks so perfect that we're going to try not to mess with it. Almost seems it's rubber or some composite material rather than felt.
