I don't even know what the baffles are actually made from, so I just said "plastic" for lack of a better term.

It would be a little disconcerting to pour phosphoric acid into a Fiero's gas tank and discover that it dissolves the baffles. Buy hey, if you've done it, then it should be fine.

YES, i was thinking about that this morning. In one spare tank i had, the plastic was SO brittle, it would came apart in our hands.
