Borrowing the 3 boxes of 18 Keys from a Pontiac dealer worked for him . He also states the dealer add on code. I'll drive to a former Pontiac dealer who still sells GM cars, maybe they'll have the key boxes.

I haven’t seen anyone mention that overtorquing the other 4 would ease the torque on the locking nut, if you’re still at an impasse. I was reluctant to drill it but looking back on it, it was most efficient when you just gotta git ‘er done did

As me and others have tried to tell you that's the later design. I have gotten those off with an oversized socket in a junkyard.
