Early V6 oil pressure sender to 1988 style conversion (Page 4/4) fierofool JUN 23, 08:09 AM The cold start injector was working. I upgraded the injectors a few months back and was getting a very rich burn. I thought the cold start had an issue so I disconnected it. I eventually had to go back to my original injectors, but I just left the cold start injector disconnected. It takes 2 or 3 primes with or without the injector connected. I think it may just be a 34 year old fuel pump causing the long starts.
