You need either a fuse link for 14 gage (size of wire you are protecting) which would be 18 gage, or install a fuse rated at 30A in a waterproof holder.

Do you want me to connect the wire to the Alternater charging post and check it and also just check it with it not connected? Had to clarify that >.< Sorry been busy working. I will try to get the results tonight.

The circuit is BJT → 30A fuse (or fuse link) → alternator charge post Circuit should be battery voltage anywhere you check it. Low voltage in the circuit is indicative of resistance, corrosion is the most likely culprit. Check for corrosion at the BJT and the alternator charge post, also crimps on connectors.

That is not a fuse link, it's a fuse holder. If you do use a fuse link, don't use solder. [This message has been edited by Gall757 (edited 05-16-2018).]

Ok, i tested all the fuselinks again from BJT to fuses and after all the fuses, the only line that isn't working is that one marked, '12' leading to charge post on alternator. It reads .243 inbetween BJT and fuse and .54 reading way down there by the alternator by post. I'm assuming this fried so I am going to cut it out.
I put ECM from a buddy and PROM chip and put a fuel pump in and there is not ECM check engine light on upon turnning key =/
I'm going to go to Radioshack and repair this fuselink as suggested in above. Thanks for be patient guys ^^
