I just noticed that you still have a dirty cold start injector and radiator fan switches on your intake; you shouldn't need those with MegaSquirt!
I haven't figured out what's happening with your water pump, hmmm

Well, the fan switch got replaced by another fan switch to work in tandem with the re designed cooling system. I'll get more details later about that system.
everyone will benefit from it.
