If it's not a daily driver, then definitely gear it up. That will pay dividends at the track.

Also, you can make a Gen3 blower behave more like a Gen5 with some port work. This is assuming you don't have access to a Gen5. If you can get a Gen5 and port it, that would be optimal.

Right on - I actually am half way done porting my G3 M90 right now. I also have a brand new G3 M90 on standby that I got a deal on about 9 years ago. That having been said, I am curious to see what the porting work translates to at the track. I may do a gen 5 as a future winter upgrade - who knows....

If your goal is personal best ET, your best returns may be found in the transmission, suspension and tires.
