Yes I did bleed the MC. I think that was the first thing we did . I now have brake fluid coming from the open proportioning valve outlet. Still have to replace it. pain to put back spring loaded and in a difficult spot to access. Need to do that first before I look at the brake hoses. They can be a pain to remove without damage to the fitting. This shouldn’t be this hard to bleed brakes. Never had this difficult before.
It just seems nothing was moving passed the MC. Now that the proportion valve is open it drained the reservoir.

Because they are under the front hood, the line fittings going to the prop valve should be easy to remove. You should not have had to take the prop valve apart, it might be damaged now. Any wrecker with a Fiero or 2 probably has a prop valve you can get cheap.
There is a thread called That Combination Proportion Valve I dont have a link on this computer but there is a full colour diagram in it. Anyway if you had the spring out on the same shaft there is a rubber round flapper valve(about 1/4" or so diameter) and if you remove that and put the spring assembly back in the prop valve body, then the prop valve becomes nothing more than a fluid junction block and you should be able to get fluid through it. After that, get a new or used prop valve because you do not want to drive the car with the prop valve disabled. All I can think of right now. You might need to put some brake grease around the threads of the bleeder valves; if this leak is sealed, then the vacuum might be able to suck harder on the fluid up the line.
I too am in the home stretch of awakening my Fiero from a long slumber, and I'm at the point of bleeding the brakes. I'm going to try the brake grease idea tonight.

After replacing the flexible brake hoses WE GOT BRAKE FLUID to the rear calipers. I am in the process of replacing the front brake hoses also. Should have that done in the morning. At this point after all the work done so far I should have the best and cleanest brake system on the planet.
At this point, when I finish the last front brake hose tomorrow all brakes should be working normally.
I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE WHO TOOK THE TIME TO RESPOND TO MY PROBLEM. ALL GOOD SUGGESTIONS AND I TRIED EVERY ONE.
AGAIN THANKS TO EVERYONE.
