As far as the instructions, I couldnt find them, Im sure you have the wiring details there. Can you point me to them on your site?

16-18 ga wires should work fine.

Darth, I've decided to go with the grand prix ac compressor that attaches to the block directly. I also pulled the high pressure switch and had the ac lines done with a 7/16ths schrader valve but the high pressure switch doesnt fit. Seems to be threaded for a smaller port. Any ideas?

The GTP (and later GM cars) A/C pressure sensor screws on a 10mm pressure port. I purchased the aluminum port and brazed it into the high side line near the firewall manifold. If you search the junkyards there are some compressor side GM fittings that will fit and that contain an integral 10mm port.

I also found this which Darth makes reference above. Its a 3 wire pressure switch from a 1993 Grand Prix 3.1, GM part number 1572104/22599559

Only question would be, would I need to rewire the existing 3 wire plug?

To the existing port on the high press hose
