Well, there's two Fieros. The one I'm more or less referencing here is my daughter's 85 Fiero 2m4 SE. No real point (in my mind) for her to swap out the ECM. Her engine is basically stock. With the exception of a .040 overbore (it had over 200k miles on the engine), the engine is basically totally stock. The only other thing we've done to it is upgrade the A/C compressor, convert it to a serpentine belt, installed a harmonic balancer, installed an 88 exhaust manifold, and installed a decoupler pulley with the C130 alternator. Everything else is stock (though with totally new stock parts). I maybe did a little bit of port-matching, and the head was planed... so maybe a bit more compression. So, I'm expecting my daughter's car will get at least the 92hp, but possibly 95hp... haha.
Anyway, the stock ECM is absolutely perfect for what it does, no point in swapping it out. I'm doing a 3.4 rebuild for my Fiero, which is an 87 SE/V6, and I'm thinking about using the EZ EFI 2.0 (which I've already purchased). I also have the MSD 6EFI controller, and some other stuff too. But we'll see.... I haven't started on any of that, that car is still in storage.

Yeah, I swore up and down I'd seen the 4-TECH sticker on 85+ Fieros, but as it turns out, the only Fieros that ever got that sticker was the 1987-1988 Fieros because of the newer TBI unit and DIS ignition. The only innovation my daughter's 1985 Iron Duke has over what came in the 1984s, is that it has a roller lifter camshaft. The 84s were flat-tappet. It seems most early 85s also got the flat-tappet, so the roller lifter upgrade seemed to be an almost mid-year improvement. Didn't really improve horsepower, but it did improve the sound of the motor.

Her sticker is still decent, but the underside of the decklid is trashed... the fiberglass "frame" apparently broke at some point, and there's a bunch of ghetto stuff that's been done to it. I've never worked with fiberglass, but I saw my uncle restoring his 69 Corvette many years ago, so I have a pretty good idea. I'm probably going to try to repair it and sand it down so it looks stock. All the bolt holes and everything are ok, it's just cracked as hell. So when I repair it, I'll have to paint it, and thus I'll need a new sticker, haha...
Way too much attention and effort for a 4 cyl Fiero... but she loves this car.
I can try to make one, I really just use a combination of MS Paint, Photoshop, and Movavi Photo Editor. And then I used something called Sticker Mule. Biggest issue I see is whether or not the vinyl stickers can handle the heat of the engine bay.[This message has been edited by 82-T/A [At Work] (edited 08-12-2024).]

I havew been making Fiero Reproduction stickers for about 10 years now. I have all of the stock Fiero stickers for the most part.
82-T/A [At Work] was kind enough to send me the excess of the 2.5 air canister/filter housing stickers. This is one sticker I was unaware of, thus didnt have it. I will be including it in future 2.5 sticker sets. I will not be selling them, as he was kind enough to send them to me for free.
