Have you checked the ground for the map/dome lights? It might be a poor ground due to corrosion.

OK, just looked for the ctsy/lid fuse. Could have sworn there was a plug in it but I went to check and it wasn't plugged in! I got it plugged up and the lights work now. Still no horn though, and I'm scared to reconnect the cig lighter cause I don't wanna waste any more fuses

Lighter is Trash or needs big cleaning. Do Not connect it. Just save it for reason in the cave like new casco etc don't have right ground or + "pins" for the wires used.
Horn... start w/ actually horns. Disconnect from car Connect another battery - to frame, + to horn +, should make sound.
If that works for both horns, pop the trim off S-wheel & switch wire. (twist a bit then pull out.) put jumper in the hole & shaft tip. Should sound if Relay is good.
If not pull the relay under dash on Passenger side then jump A/orange & C/dk green. A is right on HORN C is far away from black clip. (B is black wire from S-column) or just take out screw to see back of "convenience center."
Horn relay is "cheap" but can pop off the cover if just dirt is making it fail or just to watch it working or not.

I'll have to troubleshoot the horn when I get a chance to pull it into the shop this weekend.
Could you direct me to an exact place I can buy a replacement lighter? I checked out casco but couldn't find how to actually buy a replacement lol[This message has been edited by Calc799 (edited 02-07-2024).]
