When you have time, we'd love to see some pics of your steering rack, especially if you can spot any casting/part numbers and where the lines are running to. It'd be cool to know if you picked up a Fiero that the owner got their hands on one of the experimental racks to drop in or did something else.

I have the 3800sc with Fierorog lower alternator mount. At the time I saw no simple way to add another pulley or a power steering pump to the engine. I added a remote power steering pump in the trunk from a MR2 Spider. I ran the hoses thru the driver side rocker panel to the steering rack. Just an idea for you to consider.
