To add to this, if you have an AC equipped Fiero always press the HVAC OFF button when storing or parked for a few days, this will close a flap at the top of the heaterbox in the cowl and will keep rodent's from getting into the heater box. Of course they can still get into the upper cowl, but that is easily accessable by removing the filler panel at the base of the windshield.
