I had the same issue with my F23, we bled the clutch again via the bleeder on the slave cylinder. That solved it! It was a two person job, though.

I had a very similar issue, could row through the gears easily with the car not running, but once running it didn't want to go in, and reverse would grind if i touched it. You can try putting the car in 1st with it off, and bump the starter with the clutch depressed. This should tell you if your clutch is disengaging properly. Mine would lurch forward when i did that, turned out to be my master cylinder was leaking.

It will be first you stuffed slave then you dislocated stretched the cables so out of place. It will be a combination if you wrestled with it.

Hopefully you do not have the dreaded broken input bearing sleave. on the input to the transmission, the bearing has a sleave on which the throw out bearing rides it is a very poor design, and the sleave sometimes (some would say eventually) breaks off symptoms of this happening is great difficulty (if not impossible) to get into first gear with engine running, it sounds and feels like you are trying to send a bunch of nuts and bolts through a meat grinder same for reverse engine off, no problem the other gears, particularly 3, 4 & 5 are not too difficult to get into with forward motion, but feels like you are shifting without the clutch (because you are) 2nd is more difficult, but not like 1st or reverse
you'll have to take off the inspection plate and have a looksy, in itself not a fun job the bad news is, if this is your problem, there is no NOS parts the good news is, Roddny sells a fix for just under $200 last I looked you will need a press to press the new bearing in and remove the old one (Harbor Freight or Craigs List is your friend)
more good news, there is an excellent document on how to remove the engine/Getrag here more bad news, but I haven't seen a document on how to separate the Getrag from the engine the better you are able to support the engine with good working clearance around it (or able to adjust it's position) the better
