Just got back from a 50 mile drive to help settle things in. It's definitely lower now, but it probably should still be a bit lower than it currently is :/ Oh well, that's a problem for another day lol. Thanks for all of the help guys I really appreciate it!

They're just cheap 7" lightbars I got on amazon. I haven't gotten around to properly wiring them up but from my brief tests they're plenty bright and not extremely obnoxious to others (especially since our cars are so low to the ground) I'm gonna raise them up another half an inch so they dont look as droopy but still give the sleepy eyes look. I also need to find a way to "lock" the covers in place so they dont flop around at speed

yep. the original popups were seized when I bought the car and it came with these LED projectors. I wasn't really a fan of how they looked and the plastic was extremely cracked and gross, and one of the LED's started going out lol.
I just used the mounting hardware that came with the lightbars and hard mounted them to the hood

So you don't have headlights? You're relying on these aftermarket light bars for your night driving? And this is legal in Washington State?

I was genuinely surprised to read that the factory headlights would not be popping up for driving at night. I thought the light bars were intended to be used as daytime running lights. Ignoring potential issues like brightness, aiming etc... if nothing else, they're being mounted too low for night driving. (Yes, they look cool, but...) This certainly wouldn't be allowed here in BC.
