Guys i was able to finaly fix this issue! turns out it was a BAD o2 sensor. It never threw engine codes and must have been sending bogus signals to the ECM. This was causing my car iginition to freak out the car to shake after it warmed up to operating temperature. i replced the O2 sensor with a new one and test drove it and the problem is gone!!!!

I wanted to make sure i provided the solution in case anyone has a simular issue. also you can see the damaged o2 sensor in this photo!
