Yes, that would certainly mess up the ignition timing! Hopefully this is the cause of your issue.

Well got the lash and timing all sorted out and car still bogs down

Just for a joke I swapped to a genuine gm icm With some good artic silver heat sinc paste no differenc

If you can think of anything else I can try or might have missed let me know

Just a random thought... I know you've swapped out various sensors, but I wonder whether your ECM is actually getting a good solid signal from all of therm, due to a possible problem within the wiring hardness itself. The Check Engine Light can't be trusted in all situations, as it only appears to be triggered when a sensor suffers a total failure (or close to it). Do you have a scanner, or a way to run WinALDL? It would be so helpful for you to know if all the appropriate sensors are reacting the way they should when the throttle is being opened.

Yes I’ve been using my snap on mt2500 and the readings from the sensors look reasonable
I have winaldl but my laptop broke so can’t use that right now

Map kpa is 34 map volts 1.32
Mat 38celsius
Coolant 80 Celsius
Integrator 135
Iac position 24
Closed loop works exhaust bounce from lean to rich
Tps 0.55v
Voltage for tps sweeps like it should
Ends around 4.6 v

It's possible someone looking over this thread will see those figures and identify a possible issue.

Your MAT reading is certainly higher than mine would currently be here.

That motor is unhappy alright. Do you have a stock ignition coil? Some of the aftermarket high voltage coils cause problems.
