Those wraps will only reduce noise/resonance for the occupants in the vehicle, they won't change anything for the neighbors or anyone outside the vehicle on the receiving end of the tailpipes, thought the original poster was talking about reducing overly loud exhaust a street vehicle.[This message has been edited by Skybax (edited 04-08-2022).]
