For the most part, resealing the engine is all that's needed. Rebuilding the reciprocating mass is expensive, and exacting, and typically doesn't need to be done.
Perform a static compression test and a compression bleed down test..
Replace the gaskets for the oil pan, valve covers, lower intake, supercharger and drain and replace the supercharger gear oil. Replace tranny input shaft seal and the axle seals.
Have a harness made for your application (I can do that) or build your own harness.
Have the PCM reprogrammed by an experienced and knowledgeable tuner (ZZP is NOT recommended for Fiero applications)

For my engine, I decided to do a full rebuild. I wanted to do it to learn since I've not done any major work on a car before and have a little bit of money burning in my pocket. ZZP parts are going to be ordered in the next week or so and I plan to drop my block and heads off to a machine shop this weekend. I won't be using ZZP for the tune and hoping to find someone on here that can do it for me.
I am interested in getting a harness made because I haven't decided who to source from. How can I reach you Joe to talk about having you do my harness?
