ITS OUT!

i separated the trans from the engine by about 1/2" My wife managed to loop a wire around it and we tightened the loop and worked the sensor out using the wire and a rod.

Many thanks for all the suggestions.



Now hopefully, the engine slides back onto the trans without too much drama.
