These are the searches that I use.
1998 VW Beetle:
code:
https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/results.jsp?&autoMake=Volkswagen&autoModel=Beetle&autoYear=1998&autoModClar=
2005 Subaru Impreza:
code:
https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/results.jsp?&autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Impreza+2.5+Sport+Package&autoYear=2005&autoModClar=
You can filter by size and other parameters. The filters are a bit wonky, sometimes.
Edit - Tire Rack doesn't let me link to their page with these searches. You'll probably have to build your own searches, unless you can make those work.[This message has been edited by Raydar (edited 04-11-2021).]

All good, man. Been there.
I'll mention this here, too. eBay has quite few options, too. Do a search on "5x100 17x" or "5x100 18x" It will cough up every 17" or 18" wheel that will fit our bolt pattern. Then all you have to do is pay attention to offsets, which are usually listed. You can add stuff to narrow down the search. I usually find a style that I like, and enter that brand name or model in the search. Like "5x100 17x enkei kojin".
