I see the 215/ 70/14 are more common than the 215/60/14. So that would mean the width is right but it would be a tad bit tall right? Would that size be OK? Centervilledon

Speedo, Odo and other things will have issues w/ any big or smaller tires vs OE tire size. See my Cave, Gear Ratio bottom section.

The (original) 215/60-14 tires are approx' 24 inches in diameter, while the 215/70-14s are 25.8 inches in diameter- that is enough change to throw your speedo and odometers way off. The 195/70-14 is around 24.7 inches in diameter. That will be only a little bigger and probably make your speedo dead on. Tire rack also has the Riken Raptor HR in the correct 215/60-14 size for $87 each.
