Isn't a test method that, if you turn the engine over, if the tach moves, then it's a bad ICM (ignition control module) ?? If it doesn't move, it's probably the coil.

The tach moved, which led me to believe either icm or ignition coil. I couldn't test my icm because the stores around me don't do that. I replaced my ignition coil because i read online that if your icm is bad your injectors wont squirt fuel, and mine definitely were. After replacing the coil the car runs perfect, better than before. Thanks for all the help.

You got it backwards... If the tach moves, the ICM is sending signals to the ECM and the primary portion of the ignition is working. If the tach does not move, try another ICM.
