sorry i suck at posting images.

The only way that brake fluid can get to the booster is a leaking seal in the brake master cylinder.
Not a good situation.

Yeah this is gonna suck.

Ironically I still don't know what is causing the bad idle. It is indeed closed loop idle that is dropping rpms. Has nothing to do with the brakes.

if the engine idle starts to suck when you press on the brake, the power booster is leaking air , causing a major vacuum leak when you hit the brake. the check valve wet, the master cyl is leaking at the rear and the vacuum inside the booster is sucking it out "into" the booster, the engine vacuum is trying to suck it through the tube towards the engine, thats why the valve is wet. Brake power booster.

I think it is just the regular closed loop idle when the car is warmed up that is causing it. All that brake fluid I think came out because I put the cap on the brake fluid reservoir wrong.
Trying to inspect the IAC, but have to buy bigger sockets to get it off. Started a better paying job so maybe ill be able to move the project along a bit quicker once I save up a little.

I took out the IAC.

Is it supposed to push in?

also I know last time I drove it I pulled the e brake in traffic at a full stop so I know it still has the problem with out brakes. I thought for sure I had a correlation between the idle and brakes, but nah. Also I dont think its leaking I really put on the cap wrong. It wasn't leaking before I was inspecting it. Have to replace the brake fluid if I want to drive it around, but I don't think its issues with the master cylinder or brake booster after all.

One more thing. With out starting a new thread, can I ask how to properly gravity bleed the clutch? I was told to jack up the driver side only and gravity bleed it that way.
