Can you hear the relay clicking when you turn the key on? Maybe you can listen for where the click is coming from to find the relay. If you want to test the relay jump the aldl connector and see if the fuel pump runs.

Older pic of my 84 engine bay, you can clearly see the A/C and fuel pump relays here on the left below the decklid. A/C has the blue wire, fuel pump has the orange wire
