I suspect it might be a little bit difficult to identify, but they could start with whoever is funding the "events". Start with the people who were ordering pallets of bricks to be deposited on street corners in cities that were "sponsoring" (you know it's true) "mostly peaceful protests".

President Trump did the same thing in 2020. The DOJ and various federal law enforcement are already investigating them. I don't think this declaration will have any effect on ongoing efforts. I don't know what they are doing behind the scenes. What they need to do is go after Antifa and anyone funding or supporting them just like how the feds went after the KKK and mafia.
This is a political statement. I believe that is what is really being done with it. It is a message to the nation as to the nature of Antifa. Their mission is to silence opposing speech through intimidation and violence. That by definition is terrorism.

The major component of this, is that it allows the use of special authorities under the Patriot Act. Biden rescinded the designation of ANTIFA under his administration, but labeling a group as a terrorist organization, allows for the expedition of "FISA-based" monitoring, financial audits, and involving intelligence resources beyond simply the FBI (e.g., "follow the money" ... to foreign investors).
I'll say this, I have no idea why George Soros hasn't been arrested or had his citizenship yet revoked.

Yeah. I thought about mentioning him, but his prosecution was alluded to, several days back. The word "treason" comes to mind, but that's always the first thing out of most peoples' mouths. I'm sure there are other equally applicable descriptors/charges. As always, I suppose that we shall see. They've gotta find the paper trail, first.

To be honest, I think they have it... I wonder if they're just waiting for the right moment to do it. They already have mountains of evidence showing how he's essentially funded mass illegal migration into the United States through his "World Without Borders" organization (or whatever it's called, I forget). He could be brought up on charges related to operating as a state actor, to even potentially racketeering. I have to assume that they're saving that for the right moment...
