I heard that she was a leftover Biden appointee. That's was one of Trumps largest issues during his first term. He left people in place, assuming (hoping?) that they were trustworthy. Not contesting that Trump has the ability to change out personnel. I contend that his timing is poor. Many times when things go south, Trump claims things are “rigged” to make him look bad.
