To be tried for human trafficking. I posted the body cam of the traffic stop in a different thread. It is obvious what he was doing. Even after he gets out of prison, he will be deported again.

Somehow he is the leftist's poster child for the evil of the deportations.

If he’s found guilty, then he should face the music and the consequences. It’s called “due process”.

Nice. I think if they didn't enter the country by due process, they should not expect any upon deportation.

Cliff, I understand that’s what you believe but, fortunately, the Constitution affords everyone to due process, even illegal aliens.

He had due process. He had a hearing in immigration court and an appeal. He lost both and was order out of the country. Due process does not mean you get to keep going to court until you get your way.
He is about to get a lot more due process. This time if he loses it will not be a deportation he faces but decades in a federal prison. He was caught in 2022 human trafficking. That was the thread that investigators pulled to unravel his crimes of 100+ instances of human trafficking. He is facing the rest of his life in prison. If he had just followed the court order in 2019 and left the country, none of this would have happened.

There are different degrees of due process.
