USA Today:
President Donald Trump said he does not know whether he's required to uphold the U.S. Constitution as president in an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press" as he defended his administration's aggressive actions to remove people who are in the country illegally.
Trump's comments follow the Supreme Court in April saying the Trump administration must "facilitate" the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland sheet metal worker and father of three who was wrongfully deported to an El Salvador prison without receiving a trial.
"I don't know," Trump said when asked by host Kristen Welker whether he needs to uphold the Constitution. "I have to respond by saying, again, I have brilliant lawyers that work for me, and they are going to obviously follow what the Supreme Court said."
U.S. Presidential Oath of Office:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
It seems pretty clear to me…

Well... The illegals circumvented due process when they came here. Why should they expect due process when they're ejected?
Boo Hoo.

Pro-Garcia Democrat Shills Favorite Line: “Maryland husband and father who was wrongfully deported."
Get the REAL Story with the FACTS
Kilmar Abrego Garcia freely admitted being a citizen of El Salvador AND was present in the United States ILLEGALLY lacking any immigration documents that would allow him to be in or remain in the USA legally!
It seems pretty clear to me…
