The whole world was losing their mind over Trump implementing tariffs. The media was so negative about it, that even I started to doubt my thoughts on it. Then I remember, no one bats an eye when another country implements tariffs... it doesn't even make the news. But when Trump does it, the world's going to end.


Last Sunday, Colombia refuses to take criminal deportees back.
Trump imposes tariffs, and within 6 hours, the Colombian president offers to fly them back himself on his private jet.


Last week, Trump threatened Tariffs... Canada and Mexico called his bluff. The Tariffs took effect yesterday...

**** , I also forgot about Panama. Trump threatened to invade and take it back, and no sooner did he send Florida's Rubio down, and the President of Panama conceded and agreed to kick out China.

It's ONLY been 2 weeks... TWO FRIGGIN' WEEKS...

Is he going to end the Ukraine war by the end of February? Holy **** ...

Not that facts have any relevance in P&R, but the tariffs were to take place tomorrow, the 4th.

If you don't think that Trump's "negotiation" tactics have damaged the US's relationship with everyone involved, you're only deceiving yourself. Whether or not this damage is permanent remains to be seen.

What a joke... the leadership of all three of those countries HATE the United States... and they only view the U.S. for what they can get from it. Do you think I really believe that Sheinbaum loves America? She literally hates everything it stands for... same with the Colombian President, and same with the President of Panama. Canada... I don't know... but I'm pretty sure that Trudeau has a similar view to yours... which should not be taken as love of America... but not outright hatred either.

Maybe you need to read over this thread from just under 23-1/2 years ago. Your comments in P&R are insufferable, and an embarrassment to any other Americans who've appreciated the good will between our two countries. Yeah, in times of emergency, and for the most part until the Trudeau dynasty was established, the two countries worked together to help each other out.

That 'common enemy' thing.....

What does Canada taking our planes after 9/11 (which you literally just reiterated today that we had it coming), have to do with how Justin Trudeau feels about the United States?
