Said he is going to:

- Outlaw Sex Changes for Minors
- Eliminate Trans from Military
- Ban Men from Women's Sports
- Remove Gender Ideology from Schools


Although I totally support all these things, I'm not sure an Executive Order would be constitutional for most of them.

Outlawing Sex Changes for Minors: I think he could pass an EO of course... and it would be rule of law until such time that an appeals court overturned it. I suspect this would be appealed and likely be a state thing (if it isn't already). He really doesn't have the authority... though I think it should be the case, clearly liberal and left-leaning mothers are more concerned about the admiration they get from their other left-leaning peers than they do about the health of their own child.

Eliminate Trans Behavior from Military: He can absolutely do this. No questions asked. He has the ultimate authority to tell the military how they'll dress and how they'll keep their hair. If you're a man, even if you identify as a trans woman, you will still have to dress like a man. Vice versa... he has ultimate authority here.

Ban Men from Women's Sports: I think he CAN definitely ban men from women's sports... at least at the grade school and collegiate level with Title 9 (sex discrimination can be argued both ways). This would likely go to the Supreme Court, and I think if we look at it from a non-emotional perspective, you're discriminating against women by allowing men into these sports. These trans-women ARE still men, and this would likely be affirmed by the Supreme Court.

Gender Ideology in Schools: I think, especially if we're planning on getting rid of the Department of Education, there's not a whole lot you can do here. You MIGHT be able to restrict some stuff as it applies to Title-9, but ultimately every state can more or less teach whatever they want.


Still... one of the things we've learned over the past four years from Democrats is... even if you know something is unconstitutional, you just go ahead and do it anyway and wait for it to work its way through the courts. In the mean time, you're able to destroy that thing which you want to end anyway, so by the time the court rules... you've mostly already accomplished what you wanted. So I hope he takes a page from the Democrats and does this...

No doubt about it, the Dems showed us how to do it. From immigration to student loans and many other things between, make up the rules that you want. Why do you think Biden has appointed so many Fed Judges during his tenure. Fortunately, SCOTUS is still in the hands of Conservatives.
