Oddly enough, they didn't introduce a bill to term limit themselves.

Democrats are almost always on the losing side of Supreme Court cases... almost always. That's because everything they do is usually unconstitutional. They are not rational when it comes to these things. They do not care about constitutionality, they just want to get their policies through. It's funny, because they're always the ones saying that Trump wants to do away with the Constitution, yet for at least the past ~20 years, the Democrats have been wildly unconstitutional in almost everything they do.

They are apoplectic that the Supreme Court has rational Constitutionalists making up the majority. When you get a leftist politician really mad and reference the Constitution, they will say, "I don't care about the Constitution." And when you can get that on camera, it's just great... proves their real views.

So, the Legislative branch passes it during the Biden lame duck session, Joe signs it and then the Supreme Court declares it unconstitutional when it comes up for review......

More Democratic posturing, wasting time and the taxpayer's dollars.

All things we have come to rely on the Democrats to do better than anything else.....

Either that or:

A. The Constitution is "obsolete". Or...
B. The Constitution is a "living document".

Well, hell no. That's a whole different issue.
Would love to see Term Limits on all elected officials but, I don't see that happening in my life time. Such limitations only apply to others.

This, I agree with, the problem is, the Dems still have to get a 2/3rds majority of the states to agree. I don't see that happening. Just another small distraction to getting to where the Dem leadership want to take us.

Balanced Budget Amendment.

Heh, when was the last budget passed ?

A budget is like a list to Santa Clause of what you want. The President submits his proposed budget, the House makes theirs, and the Senate has a different list.

Have you ever seen a budget decrease ?
