This first part of "ray b's" previous remark is factual. This is (basically) what New York State Attorney General Letitia "Tish" James said, earlier today (Wednesday). To say otherwise, about "ray b's" summary of AG James's announcement—to dispute the accuracy of "ray b's" summary of AG James's announcement—would be nothing more than a pointless and supercilious exercise in carping, caviling and hair-splitting, unworthy of any fully functioning human mind. Were such to appear on this forum, it would be a (literal) eyesore.

But this second part of "ray b's" previous remarks is more speculative. The New York State Attorney General is clearly confident that she can win in court on this civil case that she has just filed against Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, and Donald Jr, Eric and Ivanka Trump. So the AG has said, in effect, that "she will prove it in court." But (pun intended) the "jury on that is still out." If "ray b" is asserting that "she will prove it in court", that is speculative on his part; albeit well informed speculation.[This message has been edited by rinselberg (edited 09-21-2022).]

I find it funny that a George Soros foundation is suing, which advocates for the abolishing of police and prisons. 
So their view is that there are no criminals, just grifters suing each other for money! That is justice! LOL!

Texas Governor says the border towns are not equipped to provide ongoing food and shelter because they are overwhelmed. We should lock them up on a military base also. The Federal government is paying for complete care of illegal aliens in Massachusetts ? Why can't they do that in Texas ?
