The bigger concern in that regard is the docs that were stashed at the Penn Biden Center. That place was a huge funnel for Chinese money, and I would not be a bit surprised to find Ukrainian and Iranian "donations" as well.

While, I assume the paychecks were somehow disguised, I'm looking forward to learning just how much and where those paychecks came from for both Joe and Hunter. We may never find out but, I'm convinced the Biden crime family is just like the Clinton organization.

Most politicians get elected with campaign contributions from those expecting favors once they are elected. I've never heard of a Congressman/woman or a Senator leaving office broke. One doesn't have to wonder now do they.

Obama was never what we think of as rich until ....................

From 2017 to 2019, Joe Biden was paid over $900,000 as a professor at Penn State. Joe never taught a single class. China donated $54,000,000 to Penn State during that same time period.

Just my opinion but, Joe's chances of getting another term will be difficult if it can be proven he sold influence or, secrets. Although there will be some that would still vote for him, I don't believe one can be in the Oval Office and in jail at the same time. I sincerely hope Joe and Nancy get to share a cell.

Many could look at this and think "Biden was really, really overpaid for his services as an honorary professor and speaker. He made out 'like a bandit' ..."

But making a criminal case against President Biden, or the current Secretary of State Antony Blinken, or this Counselor to the President (Biden) Steve Ricchetti, over influence peddling or racketeering or espionage linked to China (or Ukraine, or Iran)..?

I'm sure the Republicans will be making or trying to make such "case" in the Court of Public Opinion, but in so far as an actual criminal case along these lines, emanating from the Department of Justice, I think the "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" is going to be too high of a bar. I can't see any such criminal charges being brought, much less a trial resulting in any convictions. Impeachments? I guess the slim Republican majority in the House could make that happen, but I don't see it going any farther in the Senate than any of the two impeachment trials of President Trump.

I think any DOJ prosecutor or Republican House impeachment manager who could take this and scamper all the way around the bases and "plate" a conviction of Joe Biden or Antony Blinken (or even Steve Ricchetti) would become a modern day legal Habakkuk:

Very droll, but if the reporting (to date) holds up, the Biden-linked documents with classified markings are only a small fraction of the number of documents with classified markings that the FBI confiscated from Mar-a-Lago, and only one of the Biden-linked documents is Top Secret.

Imagine the same cartoon, but with only one Top Secret document escaping from the Corvette.
