"Uncle Tom" is not a "racists" term. The insult is bases on behavior, not race.
"Uncle Tom" does not just refer to black people. It refers to any person of any race who betrays his culture or social allegiance. In fact the term is usually used by people of the same race when referring to someone as an "Uncle Tom" i.e., one black person calling another black person an "uncle tom".
