I fail to understand why we need a border bill. Explain to me exactly what it is that we hope to accomplish through the passage of a new border bill?
Also, I'd love to know what the named law will be for the named table index... it'll probably be something great and totally ironic to what's in it.

Half of the "illegal immigrants" in the United States today entered the country legally. Anyone who claims that the legal crossings are not part of the problem proves that he does not understand the problem.

LOL. Yes, Chicago and New York homeless shelters are on the brink of collapse because of people overstaying their visas. The border states are overwhelmed with vacationers who never left.
Go ahead Fred, point to the headlines in the news today and enlighten us how people who overstayed their visas are half of those involved.

If you ever actually learned anything from these videos then you would be able to explain it yourself.
No way I am watching a hour long video that I can tell has ZERO to do with the number of immigrants that enter the country LEGALLY. How does a wall fix the problem of the 5 million illegal immigrants in the United Sattes that crossed the border legally?
You just proved that you do not even understand the issue.

The biggest issue is not overstaying work visas. It is entering legally with a claim of asylum but then never returning for the hearing.
All I ask is that you be honest. If you are going to claim that the problem is 11 million illegal immigrants than you have to admit that half of them entered the country legally. We can't fix the problem as long as people like you do not even understand the issues.

My thought is that you are watching too much of the BS on the TV.
Widen your information base.
You are woefully under informed and misled.

While I do agree somewhat with your assertion about asylum, I don't agree on the legality issue of those who crossed the border under Biden's bastardized policies. Setting court hearings out years is simply allowing border crossers the abiliity to never appear and hide within our country. How many will pay taxes and contribute to SS? How many are actually part of terrorist cells. Biden claims the new immigration package will give him the power to close the border (which is pure BS), President Trump was very successful at closing off avenues for border crossers and slowing the illegal immigration. All Biden has done is open up those avenues. Put yourself in the position of someone trying to legally immigrate and how this crap/process has affected that. I personally know a few legal immigrants who are really pissed about the current situation, I don't blame them.
