If you do advertise your Fiero for sale, are you going to undervalue it ?

The buyer will value it as he thinks it is worth. My P/U, used, I took out a loan for it. My creditor told me I was overpaying on it's worth. I asked for the money anyway and it was loaned to me.

Trump wasn't just advertising his properties for sale. The Trump Organization was making representations to lenders and insurers about the value of his properties. The prosecutors have provided evidence that the Trump Organization inflated their representations of these properties' values in ways that the judge has categorized as fraudulent in the State of New York, based on the laws and regulations that are intended to regulate real estate and commerce in the State of New York.

Do you expect that Trump's lawyers will win on appeal? After the current trial in the courtroom of Judge Arthur F. Engoron reaches its conclusion and Judge Engoron sets the exact amount of the fine ($) that he is going to impose on Trump and the Trump Organization?

The banks accepted the valuations and Trump met the terms of the loans given by the banks.

There is no fraud.

This is government overreach for political gain by a political party.

Are you looking forward to a successful appeal from Trump's lawyers that will overturn the judgement?

Or do you expect that "the fix is in" at all higher levels of the justice system, and so the appeals court victory that Trump so richly deserves will never be awarded to him?
