Maybe a good legal mind, but this is all spin.
Supreme Court has NEVER said there are "no wrong opinions". If that were true then there would be no legal cause of action for fraud, slander, perjury, or libel.
I am not saying that this most recent indictment is the strongest against Trump, but it is not as flawed as Dershawitz is trying to claim.

I don't think they would. They had just devised a system where conflict was worked out through elections and the court system. I can't see any of them taking up arms just because they lost an election. Instead they would have taken their case to the courts or the voters.
