From "Bo Knows" to "Beau Knows"—a 33-year pop culture odyssey, thanks to one man who played Major League Baseball and NFL football, and another who played minor league President and major league Insurrectionist. An episode that Liberal Arts majors will study in colleges and universities for as long as there are Liberal Arts majors. It's a certainty.

Sorry Rinse... the Espionage act does not apply to the President of the United States. I understand the general public wouldn't understand this. But you'll just need to trust me on it.

There's a pyramid for classification authority. At the very top is the President of the United States, not Congress. There is no one with more declassification authority than the President.

The "espionage act" nonsense was something that was perpetuated by the media, but had no legal basis, and was never a point of discussion.

It was ALL about the records act... which was tenuous at best because ALL of the documents that the President had were printouts from a classified network. This is literally why they had classification markings on them in the first place. The reason I mention this is because these are copies... NARA *ALREADY* has all this information, so it's merely for show. Whether it's the stuff we found with Biden, or Trump. All of it is digital printouts from a classified network, which has automatic mechanisms for retaining records of key government figures.

On another note, they found more classified documents from Biden in unclassified spaces, in an entirely different location, just being reported by NBC:

Don't just read the first paragraph, it is misleading. Read down through the timeline. Try to focus on facts, don't be lead around by the nose.

So in conclusion, Trump’s people and NARA knew about the Trump docs all along and they were all stored in a secure location which had Secret Service protection. While the Biden docs have  been kept in a mayonnaise jar on Funk and Wagnall's porch.

Funny that the MSM is circling the wagons to bark the Dem marching narrititive.

"He is cooperating!" This is what they say as some convoluted way that separates Trump or to make you think what he did wasn't wrong or illegal.

Many criminals cooperate with authorities for their crimes, doesn't make what they did a non-criminal act because they 'are cooperating'.

AG Garland will be offering some spoken remarks today at 1:15 Eastern Time.

The "heads up" does not say what he wants to talk about, but I think these Biden-linked documents have to be at least part of whatever it is he wants to talk about.

Well, there's a lot of useless and silly barking going on when it's obvious that someone isn't in control at the WH..
All I really want to see is fairness in the process. As I've said many times previously, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
If a law was broken, then go with the evidence.

Wait, as memory serves me, wasn't HRC not prosecuted because she had no intent to break the law? Surely, this isn't political..............

Just looked through the Federal Register for securing classified documents.

For some unknown reason, the Corvette Security Protocol isn't mentioned........... Hmmm
